On November 21, 2013, Brantford joined the shared Fusion database with RAHB and NAR. During this cutover, all listings for all statuses from Brantford’s previous MLS® system were uploaded to Fusion; these included listings RAHB members had interboarded onto the Brantford Board. (more…)

With holiday shopping season fast approaching we realize many of your members will soon be purchasing/receiving new computers with Windows 8 OS and IE11 Browser.
Please be advised that it’s currently necessary for users with Windows 7 or Windows 8 to add the domain name (fusion.starrs.ca) to Internet Explorer’s Compatibility View and Trusted Sites lists.
This is also a reminder that Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 Internet Explorer 10 and 11 must be run in Desktop mode, not Metro mode.
For users with new equipment, we have posted instructions on how to configure browser settings and related information at mlxhelp.com.
Please also ensure the “Delete browsing history on exit” box is NOT checked in the Internet Options. We will update you as soon as we have any further information from CoreLogic.

(October 7, 2013 – Hamilton, Ontario) The REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) reported 1207 properties sold through the RAHB Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) system in September. This represents a 32.9 per cent increase in the number of sales over September of last year and is only one sale shy of the September record of 1208 sales set in 2009. (more…)
