New mandatory fields for REALTOR.ca
Effective November 18, 2013, CREA is making the following fields mandatory for listings advertised on REALTOR.ca:
- Internet Ad Copy (“Public Remarks”)
- Latitude and Longitude (Mapping) (Note: this is automatically generated if mapped at time of broker loading listing.)
On November 18, listings with all mandatory fields completed will appear on REALTOR.ca; those with blank mandatory fields will not.
If you currently have listings without internet ad copy (“Public Remarks”), please amend your listing(s) by adding public remarks in this field.
If you have listings Fusion is unable to properly map, please amend your listing(s) in broker load by clicking on the “Map Property” button when you are in Edit mode. This will allow you to manually plot the house location and will generate longitude and latitude.
