RAHB is pleased to announce that a new updated version of Matrix; specifically, Matrix X, is now available to members as of October 14, 2020. Matrix X is the latest version of Matrix from CoreLogic. Matrix X has a new look and feel, combined with modern colour palettes, iconography, navigation and design. Please click here to take a video tour of the new navigation.
Discover What’s New:
- Easier Navigation—Matrix X includes a new clean header and navigation bar with features right where you’d expect them. A new notifications icon alerts you to important updates, and a new menu under the user’s name provides quick access to personal settings, account information and help.
- Concierge Improvements—Alerts for new Concierge matches have been moved to the new notification centre for quick and easy access. Map and Results tabs have been added to Concierge approvals. Switch between map view and results view just like you would with regular search results.
- Great Looking E-mails—Conveying a professional image is key, so we updated Matrix e-mails with a clean, modern design.
- New Contacts Module—Matrix X includes a new Contacts module that uses best-practice webpage design, while maintaining a familiar workflow, so there’s no need for retraining. The Realty Shoppe is offering a new option for your lockbox needs! Available now is the MasterLock® Vault Enterprise Electronic Lock Box.
With this device, you can open and manage your lockboxes by a variety of means – including your Smartphone app. Use this electronic lockbox for property access as a stand-alone unit with access or integrate with either BrokerBay or ShowingTime® scheduling platforms.
Please note that only the Vault Enterprise model 5440ENT (not the Vault e-lock model) has the required software to integrate with the scheduling platforms.

We would like to thank all members for their patience during the OC/ORTIS cut-over to the new MLS®. Please see below for an update on any issues remaining.
- The issues with missing photos on listings has been resolved. If you experience any issues with missing photos, please send the MLS® number to [email protected]
- The issue with the Broker Bay links has been resolved
- The “Type” mapping issue is still being worked on, and we will update members once it has been resolved
- There is an mapping issue with some – not all – ITSO listings appearing in RAHB with no municipality showings. We have just notified CoreLogic about the issue and they are working on the problem

Just a reminder of RAHB Rule & Regulation, Section 2 – MLS® Listings, Sub-section 2.18 which states:
The listing member shall immediately, and with reasonable notice notify any party who requests a viewing or has received a confirmation for a viewing if the listing status changes including but not limited to “active-cs” (conditional sale), “active-ns” (conditional sale no showings), “sold”, “suspended” or “cancelled”, or if a registered offer is received.

Some members have experienced an issue with GeoWarehouse® recently where the Matrix Single Sign-On (SSO) link redirects them to a sign-on screen instead of taking them directly into the site. This was caused by recent updates performed on the site by Teranet. If you encounter this, you will need to clear your browser cache. This will correct the problem.

Update – August 18
We are glad to say that most major issues stemming from the OC/ORTIS cutover in Matrix have been resolved. It has been reported that some listings are still not showing room data.

We have been made aware of several issues that are affecting RAHB Members within the Matrix System, as a result of the OC/ORTIS cutover to their new MLS® System (ITSORealEstate).
We are working alongside Corelogic to fix any issues and investigate others. Below is a list of issues we are aware of at this time:
Listing Photos
Some members are reporting that there are listings that do not contain photos, or are not appearing within a listing. RAHB is reporting these on a case-by-case basis. If you come across this problem please e-mail all information to [email protected]
Client Portal
With the cutover to the ITSORealEstate system, an “X” prefix was added to the beginning of ORTIS listing numbers. This “X” has now been removed from ORTIS and OC listings.
Cart
If you had ORTIS listings within your cart prior to August 6, you will need to re-add those listings.
If you have added ORTIS listings to your cart since August 6, this issue will not affect you.
Client Portal – Favourite/Possibilities List
If any of your clients saved any ORTIS listings within their Favourite or Possibilities List prior to August 6, they will need to be re-added.
If your clients added listings to their Favourite or Possibilities Lists since August 6, this issue will not affect them.
Property Type/Sub-Type
Corelogic is aware of an issue that is affecting the Property Type and Sub-Type fields. Corelogic is working alongside RAHB to fix this issue. It will take some remapping of the system in order to align these fields across all the boards/associations involved. We do not know when this issue will be fixed, but RAHB will be sure to communicate updates as they occur.
Marketwatch
The “Marketwatch” issue has now been resolved and all listings should be showing.

On Wednesday, August 12, 2020, CoreLogic will be switching both ORTIS and the Ontario Collective to their new MLS® – ITSO System. The only changes for RAHB members are:
- The “IntraMatrix” tab will be removed, as it will no longer be necessary to search under it, as all the listing data will appear in RAHB’s Matrix
- You will now have access to more listing data from all 23 boards/associations

Online Realty Shoppe!

Here’s What You Need to Know:
- To access the Online Realty Shoppe, simply click on the new Online Realty Shoppe icon on the dashboard at my.rahb.ca, or visit store.rahb.ca.
- The store is integrated with Clareity SafeMLS single-sign-on and will automatically generate an online shop profile, which is directly linked to your MLS® login.
- Upon first login or first purchase, you will be required to complete a RAHB Online Realty Shoppe profile to establish your preferred contact details.
- Please note that credit and debit payments through PayPal are unavailable at this time. Payments will be made at the time of pickup using credit (Visa or MasterCard – by phone) or charge to your RAHB account. If possible, please refrain from cash payments at this time. Thank you.
- Pre-ordered items will be ready for pick-up Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. via curbside pick-up only, at the parking lot entry door for the RAHB offices.
- Curb-side pick-up: A pre-determined pick-up time will be coordinated by Realty Shoppe staff with each member. Upon arrival, the member must wait in their vehicle within the RAHB parking lot, and Shoppe staff will bring the order out of the building and place it on a designated table in order to adhere to social distancing measures.
- Entry into the RAHB building and in-person shopping is not to be permitted at this time.
- Delivery arrangements will continue as per the existing courier arrangements with brokerage offices.
- Access to the Online Realty Shoppe will be 24 hours a day, seven days a week; however, support will only be available 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday.
