The OREA Standard Forms Committee reviewed a number of requests from members, real estate boards/associations and other interested parties regarding OREA standard forms. As a result, a number of important revisions were made to the forms and new forms were created for 2013.
The five OREA forms available as 3-part forms in the Realty Shoppe and which were revised for 2013 are:
200 Listing Agreement – Authority to Offer for Sale (Residential)
210 Listing Agreement – Authority to Offer for Lease (Residential)
520 Listing Agreement – Commercial – Authority to Offer for Sale
525 Listing Agreement – Commercial – Authority to Offer for Lease
530 Listing Agreement – Commercial – Authority to Offer for Sub-Lease
Other OREA forms sold in the Realty Shoppe as padded forms have been revised as well.

All revised forms can be found in the Member’s section of the OREA website in a free, PDF downloadable format. They are available in the Realty Shoppe and OREA advises they will be on WebForms in the first week of January, 2013.
NOTE:
RAHB will accept listings on the 2012 listing agreement form until Friday February 1, 2013; after that date, only the revised 2013 agreement will be accepted.
