Important Dates:
October 1, 8:30 a.m. – Nominations open
October 26, 4:30 p.m. – Nominations close
November 4 – Candidates record video message to members and meet with the Nomination Committee
November 10 – The slate of candidates is sent to members
November 11 – Meet the candidates at 505 York, open to all members
November 17, 18 & 19 – Electronic voting available
November 23, 9 a.m. – Deadline for depositing proxies with the Association
November 25, 9:30 a.m. – Election Meeting to elect the 2016 Directors
