Following the implementation of the new Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM) field in Matrix, we have discovered a small percentage of listings that are producing an incorrect CDOM value. We have reported this problem to Corelogic and are working with them to resolve this issue. In an effort to ensure the data being provided to you by the CDOM field is as accurate as possible, we have asked Corelogic to disable the display of CDOM in Matrix until this issue has been resolved and tested. We hope to have this issue resolved as quickly as possible and will provide you with an update on News & Alerts when CDOM has been re-enabled in Matrix.
