Professional Development – Did you know…
All registrants renewing their licenses after July 31, 2015 will renew under RECO’S New Mandatory CE Program, to be completed online through RECO. Registrants will pay an all-inclusive price of $44 per registration cycle to meet all of their continuing education requirements.
Each registrant must complete a four-module Update Course and two elective modules per two-year registration cycle. RECO’s mandatory education will be focused on regulatory requirements and broad issues that impact all registrants.
RAHB will continue to offer courses that will give members opportunities to develop skills and earn designations that will be beneficial to them in their business.

Strong Fall Market Continues
The REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) reported 1258 property sales processed through the RAHB Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) system in October. This represents a 4.5 per cent increase in sales compared to October of last year. (more…)

Arbitration, Discipline and Professional Standards
There was one Arbitration Claim received. The Professional Standards Committee reviewed six new complaints, five of which were deemed to fall under RECO’s jurisdiction, and one which was deemed to be under RAHB’s jurisdiction and was investigated.

This is RAHB’s Single Sign On (SSO) portal landing page. From this page, you can navigate to the various RAHB applications (Fusion, WEBForms®, REALTOR Link®, CONNECT, SIM and OpenHouses.ca) without having to log in again. You can also use the handy links to other resources you might find useful. (However, if there is a log in required for the resource, you will need to log in to continue to the site.)
