Dailies and Topsheets were essentially hot sheets used to conveniently access listing data and sales information. RAHB staff manually prepared them on a daily basis.

Dailies and Topsheets were discontinued as of September 25, 2015. Did you know that you can create your own search within Matrix that will allow you to quickly compile that same information?

Follow the instructions below to access the same information contained in the Topsheets.

In Matrix, click the Search tab > Choose Cross-Property. Remove all selections from the Status field. Choose all options in the Transaction Type field.

In the bottom left, click Add next to Additional Fields. From the list of Available Fields, choose Last Change Type and Last Change Timestamp. If you wish to only see listing activity from your Home Board, also select Board ID. Click Add. The fields you have added will appear in the Selected Fields box. You may reorder them by selecting a field and click Move Up or Move Down. Once done, click Back (not your browser’s back button).index9_clip_image002[1]

Click the Results tab. At the bottom of the page, click Save, then choose New Saved Search. index9_clip_image004[1]

Give your search a name. Do not choose a contact. You may choose to Enable as Favourite Search on Home tab – this will create a shortcut to this search and place it on your Home Page for quick access. If you do not make this selection, the search will appear under My Matrix > Saved Searches.

You can now run the search to retrieve the listings that meet your criteria. For example, to see the listings that were reported Sold the previous day, scroll down to the bottom of your search criteria, in the Last Change Type field, select Sold. In the Last Change Timestamp field type yesterday’s date in mm/dd/yy format. Click the Results tab to see the listings. You may also search for listings that were cancelled and/or suspended, reported sold conditional, and even submitted the previous day. To search within a specified time period, click the Help (?) button for tips.

Click the Results tab. You may customize the results grid to display all pertinent information on the Single Line Display: click and drag the headings to the desired location click inside the heading box to add or remove columns, click the heading itself to sort the selected column in ascending or descending order.

Alternately, you may choose to view the Full listing details for each listing.

You may print, email or export the results, and also create a CMA directly from this page. To run the next search,
for cancelled and suspended listings for example, click the Criteria tab on the bottom left or the top right to reset
your criteria.
