The RAHB Board of Directors met at the end of April and again at the beginning of May, and the following business was considered:

  • Todd Targgart of CoreLogic presented an update on CoreLogic and Fusion 5.8.  He explained that the two outages which affected RAHB’s MLS® system seemed unrelated:  the first resulted from water pressure issues and the second – still under investigation – appeared to have stemmed from an issue with their smoke detectors.  CoreLogic is taking steps to ensure outages do not occur again.
  • Bylaw changes required by the new Ontario Not for Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) were under discussion.  The Board is waiting for input from legal counsel concerning several of the changes.
  • Directors discussed RAHB’s relationship with Point2 (see artlcle about Point2 destinations on page 6)
  • The Directors requested more information about various issues for consideration at a later meeting and referred other issues to RAHB committees for further discussion.
