Low Listing Inventory Continues
The REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) reported 949 property sales were processed through the RAHB Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) system in February. This represents a 0.7 per cent decrease in sales compared to February of last year. (more…)

Strong Sales Continue Through January

Broker loading tip
As taxes are not mandatory for new home listings, if you set the “Age” field to “New”, the tax field will no longer be mandatory. This will save you having to enter $1 in the tax field.
New photo price!
We have been advised that effective February 1, 2014, the price for photos taken by REAL Services will increase to $15 plus HST per photo. (e.g. front and rear views = 2 x $15 = $30 plus HST)
