- changes to the processes (i.e. Non-Existent Property Records as it relates to Change of Use; and Legal Non-Conforming status and Temporary Occupancy)
- update on the most recent proposed changes to the Zoning By-law, recommending reducing or relaxing parking requirements in strategic areas where investment needs to be encouraged (i.e. BIA areas, James St. N. and S.).
