A Homeowner’s Guide to Radon was written in collaboration with Health Canada and the Canadian Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (CARST). It provides a comprehensive overview for both REALTORS® and consumers about radon and the health risks and testing measures homeowners should undertake. A link will also be posted on the CREA.ca website.

The Great Expectations Tracking Study surveyed over 2,000 homeowners and potential homebuyers in order to better understand the current perception of REALTORS® and the home buying process. Nanos Research conducted the survey on behalf of CREA. This edition builds on the 2009 version of the study.
