RAHB MLS® staff have become aware of several recent listings that were reported sold immediately upon being activated in the MLS® system. This is not permitted, as it is a violation of RAHB Rules and Regulations.
Section 2 – MLS® Listings
2.14 No MLS® Listing shall appear on the Association’s MLS® System that is not immediately available for inspections, showings and, subject to the provisions of Subsection 2.15, the registration of Offers.
Violations of this rule may result in fines or a professional standards complaint being levied against the REALTOR® or the brokerage.

This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this, there was a home where a sign was installed and removed the next day. I went on to check and it was already marked sold when the listing appeared, This was about 6 years ago.
