Beginning in March, 2014 the process for RAHB members to interboard listings onto the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) MLS® system will change.

Now, if you have a listing you want interboarded onto TREB, you are required to channel all your paperwork, including payment, to RAHB MLS® staff who will forward your listings to TREB on your behalf.

Beginning March 3, 2014, all RAHB members will be able to interboard their own listings to TREB.  When you wish to place a listing onto the TREB MLS® system, RAHB MLS® staff will email you an Interboard Instruction package which outlines each step required to interboard your listing. The package also includes a pre-authorized payment form as well as a cover letter to complete prior to sending your completed package to TREB.

RAHB staff has been completely removed from the process, which should help increase the speed at which these listings are sent to and processed by TREB.  It is important to note that if all steps are not completed as required (including completion of all mandatory fields), the Interboard package will be returned.  Staff is not able to complete any information over the phone – there will be no exceptions.
