Reminders:
Selling brokerage commission
When you enter the selling brokerage commission, you must specify whether the commission is a percentage or a dollar amount by entering either a percentage sign or a dollar sign.
No showings
You are reminded that you may not state “no showings” in the REALTOR® remarks of the listing, as per the following section from the Rules and Regulations:
2.14 No MLS® Listing shall appear on the Association’s MLS® System that is not immediately available for inspections, showings and, subject to the provisions of Subsection 2.15, the registration of Offers.
If a listed property cannot be shown, you must suspend the listing in accordance with our existing MLS® Rules and Regulations.

WEBForms® version 4.9 is coming!
WEBForms® version 4.9 will use HTML5, the most dynamic and adaptable HyperText Markup Language. REALTORS® will be able to create transaction kits and edit forms, templates and clauses using virtually any HTML5-compatible browser, including Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Apple’s Safari.
All current, active Ontario forms are now being converted to HTML5 and will be released to WEBForms® during the first week of January, 2013.
