At the MLXchange log in page click on the link that says “I lost or broke my authenticator”, Enter your User ID. You will be required to answer your three secret questions.  If answered correctly, MLXchange will then email you a temporary password and pin number.

This is good for five days only. To obtain a new authenticator you must drop by RAHB for a replacement.

Your email address must be the same in two places.

Firstly; MLXchange in your personal settings, in your contact information. Secondly; in your membership files at RAHB.

If it is different or not available, you will be without MLXchange until RAHB is open. If you are unsure of which address is registered at RAHB send an email request to Pam.
