Electronic signatures are coming to WEBForms
The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) has entered into an agreement with a company called Instanet Solutions that will soon allow members to use electronic signatures on documents. The service, called Authentisign, will be integrated with WEBForms, allowing members to easily share and sign documents electronically. Please note this is not an exclusive arrangement.
Authentisign will be designed to comply with all relevant provincial and territorial laws and regulations. The service is expected in early 2013. We will communicate more information as it becomes available.
