The National Association of Green Agents and Brokers (NAGAB) is an industry not-for-profit membership based organization. The organization is national in its scope with over 15,000 affiliate members across Canada and boasts support from major corporate and government sponsors.
The organization is dedicated to educating real estate sales representatives and brokers on Greenrealestateâ„¢ practices.

The National Association of Green Agents and Brokers, a registered non profit, is the only branch of the REALTOR® family focused on Green Residential real estate transactions. The association is dedicated to improving the professional competence of its members in GreenRealestate™ practices.
This goal is carried on through various programs. As a leading GreenRealestateâ„¢ source, the National Association of Green Agents and Brokers offers an affordable GreenRealestateâ„¢ program leading to the Accredited Green Agentâ„¢ and Accredited Green Brokeâ„¢ (AGAâ„¢ & AGBâ„¢) designations.
These designation are only awarded to those who meet the association’s strict requirements such as required Green building courses and involvement and service to the association. It is the vision of the National Association of Green Agents & Brokers to be seen as a positive force in promoting ways of improving energy conservation and environmental awareness of buyers and sellers of new and resale residential real estate.
