The RAHB office will close for the holidays at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, December 20 and reopen at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, December 30 with regular hours.  Hours for December 31 are 8:30 a.m. -12 noon.  The office will be closed on Wednesday January 1, 2014 and will reopen Thursday, January 2 at 8:30 a.m.

Please note the following arrangements for member services:

  • During the time the association is closed a staff member will be monitoring access listings, interboard listings, support calls and accounting on
    Monday, December 23 and Friday, December 27.
  • Should you require help with Fusion when the association is closed, the on-line help is always available.  Click on “Help” and then “On-line help” where you can read and download “how-to” instructions, as well as watch tutorials.
  • The association photographer will be unavailable to take photos for broker loaded listings entered from December 19 to December 28, and December 31, 2013.

Please ensure you upload your own photos in between these dates.
Here’s how:

  1. Click on the Add/Edit tab and then click Edit Listings
  2. Click the Edit button beside the listing to which you want to upload photos
  3. Click the blue “Images” button on the left hand side of the screen
  4. Click the “Upload Images” button
  5. Navigate to where your image is located and select the image you want to upload.  If uploading more than image, click on the first image so it is highlighted in blue, then hold down your shift key and select the last image in your file, which will highlight all the photos in between
  6. Click “Open”
  7. Photo images will display on the screen.  If you wish to change the order the images appear, click on the “Change Display Order” button. You can drop and drag your images into any order you wish
  8. Click “Ok”, then click the “Save” button when you are finished
  • The Tech Helpline will maintain normal hours (9 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday to Saturday) with the following exceptions:
    Closed on Wednesday, December 25, 2013
    and Wednesday, January 1, 2014.
  • The Realty Shoppe will be closed the same days as the RAHB office.  The Realty Shoppe will also be closed Wednesday, December 18 (all day) for inventory.
  • Last delivery date to member offices before Association closure is
    Friday, December 20*Supply orders for this delivery must be received by December 19 at 11 a.m.*
  • Office deliveries will resume on Friday, January  3, 2014.
