Brantford joins shared MLS® database
As of November 21, the REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington/Niagara Association of REALTORS® database of listings also includes listings by members of the Brantford Regional Real Estate Association (BRREA).
- All listings are in one blended database in Fusion and available to members of all three associations.
- The standard URL http://fusion.starrs.ca (no change for RAHB members) takes you to the expanded database.
- There is no longer a need to Interboard listings with BRREA.
- You can identify the home board by the MLS® number’s prefix: RAHB – “H”, NAR – “N” and BRREA – “B”.
REALTOR Link® Login Change
Recently, the Clareity Scout login was added to REALTOR Link®. Therefore, you will no longer be able to use Fusion’s “Identity Sharing” function to access another user’s REALTOR Link® (and WEBForms®), as you are already signed in to Scout with your credentials. Please be advised that this does not affect identity sharing for Fusion; you can continue to use the identity sharing function in Fusion as you have in the past.
Talk to your Broker or Manager to set up an alternate identity for REALTOR Link®. The Broker or Manager can set up alternate identities for their office’s salespeople and administrative staff at http://alternate.rahb.ca.
