This session will help you understand the hiring process for, and how to work effectively with, an assistant. At the conclusion of this course, you will:
- Have a grasp of the pros and cons of different types of professional assistants, the rules around employee vs. independent contractor and licensed vs. un-licensed assistants
- Understand compensation models and regulations
- Have a complete road map for defining job descriptions, creating an operations manual and how to turn your assistant’s real estate job into a business
- Have a complete system for attracting, interviewing, and hiring a professional assistant
- Have a complete library of forms to move through the “90 Day Road Map” process
