CREA has two new updates about WEBForms®.
1) “Add page” function working
CREA WEBForms® experienced a technical issue last weekend with some of the new 2020 Ontario forms. When the “Add page” function was selected, the content of the form was removed when the form reloaded. This issue was resolved Monday, January 6, and content now remains when a new page is added to a form.
2) Old Ontario forms replaced
With the release of the new 2020 Ontario forms previous versions of those forms were removed from any existing templates that had been created. In the past, users would have had to manually replace any forms that have been updated and redo any content they had entered in the old version of those forms.
CREA is currently working through the revised list of forms and are automatically replacing them while retaining the previous content in your templates.
While CREA continues to prioritize forms by popularity and those requiring additional user-entered content (for example, Form 100), 20 of the most popular forms have been replaced.
CREA will continue to automatically replace the old versions of the forms within your templates over the next couple of weeks. If you find old versions of forms within your templates are no longer available when you create a transaction you can still manually add the new version of the form you require to your transaction.
Moving forward, anytime a new version of a form is released, that new version will automatically be replaced within a template and will retain any information the user had included in the previous version of the form.
CREA apologizes for the challenges this created over the last few days when working on contracts with your clients and other team members.

Is there information available on changes that that we should be aware of that were made on these forms when they were revised?
The new version of Webforms is garbage. In the past RAHB has been the source of transmission with CREA. Why has this changed?
Can you explain more on what you mean by source of transmission? Currently, RAHB is communicating messages on behalf on CREA to our members. We also collect information about issues our members are having with the platform which we relay back to CREA.
will they re populate our templates? they deleted most of the forms from my saved templates. When I called support they cited form updates as the reason.
This CREA Webforms corrupts data on the Data Input Sheet. Do we have assurance that CREA Webforms is not corrupting data in the entire system? We almost just lost a listing due to the problem of data corruption. Our client became very nervous when the data sheet added it’s own data between entry and printout. Why is RAHB not supporting their members in regard to what garbage this new CREA webforms is? There are so many issues with this webforms, it should be shelved until the bugs are worked out.
An absolutely horrid program that upsets clients and agents alike. Why are we paying for everything yet have no say in anything? It’s absolutely criminal. I have zero trust or faith in our board or in CREA.
RAHB needs to provide a lot more training for the new Webforms. I have taken the offered course twice and found it to be a poor solution. Please get better instructors and possibly offer hands on courses at the board office.

I have taken the new webforms course 3 times and feel much more comfortable with the program. HOWEVER, there are so many bugs and gliches — phantom fields being populated, form fields not lining up, missing information, clauses not printing properly. I have called CREA 5 times (on the phone minimum 1 hour for each time). THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. We look very unprofessional 🙁
Thankfully after taking 3 courses, I’m getting the new webforms.
However preparing listing docs last night it was very time consuming for something I used to be able to prepare in 30 mins. max. Like mentioned, fields don’t line up with check off boxes (I had to count down the # of what I wanted and then count down the boxes so I clicked on the correct box!), drop down boxes on some of the levels just showing a check mark and no option to click M, 2, 3, B etc., roll #’s and pin #’s being squashed into the space and not spreading out into their spaces like before.
Please fix these items.
why do we have a new Web Forms that no one seems to be able to use.???
It is totally unacceptable, and the old system should not be removed yet — or maybe ever.
Ans why should people have to take this course over and over to understand it. ???
This is now making our job impossible– maybe you just scrap the whole thing!!!
