The Hamilton & District Apartment Association (HDAA) is offering RAHB members the opportunity to add value to their services to clients who purchase residential rental properties.
New property owners can be unaware that managing residential rental properties is a complex business, so the HDAA is offering a free six-month membership in the HDAA to anyone who purchases a rental property. The offer of the free membership will be conveyed by the RAHB member working with the purchaser. The RAHB member will complete and print a certificate for the free six-month membership from REALTOR Link® and give it to their client to complete and submit to the HDAA.
The HDAA provides its members with information about current legislation affecting rental units, general information about owning or managing rental properties, dinner meetings with guest speakers and mentoring programs.
This offer is part of the cooperative effort between RAHB and the HDAA to educate landlords about residential rental properties.
