1. Teranet Downloads
RAHB members are allowed to download up to 6000 reports from GeoWarehouse in a calendar year.
Previously, GeoWarehouse displayed the number of reports downloaded out of the 6000 allowed. The display has now changed and shows the number of reports downloaded out of 1000.
Members are still entitled to 6000 downloads. However, members who download 1000 in a calendar year will be required to contact Teranet, to satisfy them that the download privileges are not being abused. Teranet will ask those members to sign an affidavit, and once Teranet is satisfied then members will be allowed to download reports once again.
This process will occur after every 1000 downloads in a calendar year, up to a maximum of 6000.

2. Microsoft Support for Windows XP Ends Soon
Microsoft will end mainstream support for Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) as of April 8, 2014.
As per CoreLogic Support Policy, version 5.11 of Fusion (the next version, to be released soon) running on PCs with Windows XP SP3 will not be supported.
This does not mean Fusion will suddenly stop working; however, issues reported to be specific to Windows XP SP3 OS will not be resolved by Microsoft and CoreLogic will not provide support services to members running XP on their PCs.
CoreLogic will continue to support Microsoft Windows 7 and higher.

3. Interboarding to Toronto Real Estate Board
Effective Monday, March 3, members interboarding listings to the Toronto Real Estate Board should send their listings directly to TREB. Full instructions for how to complete and forward Interboard listings are found in Fusion > Resources Gadget > RAHB Documents > Interboard instructions to TREB. Please read and follow the instructions carefully so your listings comply with TREB’s requirements.
4. Create a Fusion Icon on your Desktop
Members using a desktop shortcut to MLXchange will no longer be redirected to Fusion. Please delete your MLXchange shortcut and create a new one.
Right-click on your desktop > Click New > Click Shortcut > Type http://fusion.starrs.ca > Click Next > Name your shortcut > Click Finish.
To add Fusion to your favourites, type http://fusion.starrs.ca into your browser’s address bar, then click either the star (Google Chrome), Bookmarks (Mozilla Firefox) or Favourites (Internet Explorer).
5. Reminder to Brokers of Record
Please be sure to update the appropriate records in the alternate.rahb.ca website when members, administrators or assistants leave your brokerage. Failure to do so may lead to incorrect/misleading information appearing on REALTOR Link®.
