Members received two important emails from RAHB recently – the Notice of Meeting for the upcoming General Membership Meeting (GMM) and Notice of Election Meeting – Call for Nominations for the upcoming Annual Election Meeting.
The Notice of Meeting for the General Membership Meeting (October 10 – Michelangelo’s) contains the motions on which members will vote at the GMM on October 10. There are important changes to the Bylaw being recommended by the Board of Directors, and the package contains an explanation of the proposed amendments. Also in the package are a proxy form, copies of the Bylaw showing the changes being proposed and other documents for the meeting.
The Notice of Meeting – Call for Nominations for the Annual Election Meeting (November 26, 2013 – RBG) includes the election schedule for the 2014 RAHB Board of Directors, an explanation of the desirable skills for Directors and a nomination form.
Nominations for RAHB Directors close at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 25.
